License management

How licensing works

Licensing for MrNiche Autoblogger Pro is handled by Freemius, our payment partner. Each license activates per WordPress site; your plan determines how many sites a single license can run on at once: Single = 1, Triple = 3, Agency = 25, Unlimited = no cap. Single / Triple / Agency are annual subscriptions with every update and email support included — they renew automatically at your locked-in rate until you cancel. If a subscription ends, everything you’ve published stays on your site; the plugin pauses new generation until you resubscribe. The Unlimited plan is a one-time lifetime purchase — never renew.

Activating on your first site

1. Install and activate MrNiche Autoblogger Pro from the zip you downloaded from your Freemius account.
2. WP admin shows a Freemius connect dialog — click Activate License and paste the key from your purchase email, OR click Start 7-day Free Trial to begin a trial first.
3. Status appears on MrNiche Autoblogger Pro → License with the plan name, activation count, and (during trial) days remaining.

Until activated, only the License + API Settings pages work. Generation features stay locked behind a “License Required” notice.

Moving a license to a different domain

You have a slot limit, not a domain limit — slots can be reassigned freely through your Freemius account.

1. On the OLD site: MrNiche Autoblogger Pro → License → Manage License opens your Freemius account. Click Deactivate next to that site. Slot is freed immediately.
2. On the NEW site: install plugin, paste the same key in the Freemius connect dialog, activate.

The Freemius account portal shows every domain currently using a slot, with last-seen timestamps — useful for tracking down forgotten activations.

During the 7-day trial

The trial unlocks every Pro feature with no caps. The License page shows a “Trial — N days left” pill. Cancel anytime in the trial window — through your Freemius account or by emailing support — and you pay nothing. If the trial ends without a cancellation, it auto-converts to the plan you selected — your annual subscription begins at the listed price (the Unlimited plan converts to a one-time lifetime entitlement).

“Slots full” error

Means you’ve used all your activations on other sites. Either deactivate one in your Freemius account (preferred) or upgrade your plan from Pricing. The Freemius account portal shows which domains are currently using your slots.

Lost your license key?

Log into your Freemius account with the email you used at checkout — every license tied to your account is listed with status, expiry, and active domains. If you ordered with a different email, email us and we’ll help you reach Freemius support.

Trial cancellation & refunds

The 7-day free trial means the cheapest moment to opt out is during the trial window — no money changes hands. After the trial converts, refunds are evaluated by Freemius under their refund policy. Full mechanics on the Trial & Refund Policy page.
