Terms of Service

Plain-English terms for using MrNiche Autoblogger Pro and the wpaiautoblogger.com website.

Last updated: 8 May 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MrNiche Autoblogger Pro plugin (the “Plugin”), the wpaiautoblogger.com website (the “Site”), and any related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by AI Autoblogger LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a license, downloading the Plugin, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. License grant

When you purchase a license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Plugin on the number of WordPress sites your plan permits (Single = 1 site, Triple = 3 sites, Agency = 25 sites, Unlimited = unlimited sites under a single owner). The Plugin source code is licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later, which means you may inspect, modify, and adapt it for your own use. The license key — issued and managed through our payment partner Freemius (see Section 14) — is the commercial key that unlocks delivery of updates and support; it is what you are paying for.

2. Trial, updates, support, and optional renewal

Every paid plan begins with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start, but no charge is made until day 7. You may cancel at any point during the trial window — through your Freemius account or by emailing support@wpaiautoblogger.com — and pay nothing. Full trial mechanics are described in our Trial & Refund Policy.

If the trial converts at the end of day 7, you are charged once for the plan you selected. Each license includes 1 year of free Plugin updates and email support from the date of purchase. Single, Triple, and Agency plans then offer an optional annual renewal at approximately 30% of the original list price (currently $6/yr for Single, $15/yr for Triple, $60/yr for Agency) to continue receiving updates and support beyond year 1.

The Unlimited plan is sold with lifetime updates — no renewal is ever required.

If you choose not to renew, the Plugin will continue to function on your licensed domain(s) indefinitely with whatever version you last installed. You will simply stop receiving new updates and support. We will never deliberately break or disable an unrenewed installation.

We may in the future offer optional paid support tiers (e.g. priority response, white-glove onboarding) sold separately; introducing such tiers will not reduce the support already included with existing licenses.

3. Future pricing changes & grandfather clause

We may change pricing, plan tiers, renewal rates, the support model, or the licensing/billing infrastructure for future purchases at any time. Any such changes do not retroactively affect customers who already purchased under the prior terms. Specifically:

  • If you bought a Single / Triple / Agency license, your renewal rate is locked at the rate published on this page on your purchase date, for as long as you continuously renew without lapsing.
  • If you bought an Unlimited license, you receive lifetime updates as promised at purchase. We will not later convert your Unlimited license to a renewing tier.
  • If we introduce paid support tiers in the future, the email support already included with your active license year stays included at no additional charge.
  • If we add new premium features that require a new tier or a higher renewal rate, existing customers retain access to the features that existed at their purchase date at the renewal rate they originally bought.
  • If you let your renewal lapse and later wish to re-subscribe, you will be charged at the then-current renewal rate, not the rate from your original purchase. The plugin keeps working on your licensed domain(s) during the lapse — non-renewal stops new updates, not the existing install.
  • If we change billing partner, currency, plan structure, or other commercial terms, the new terms apply only to purchases made after the change is published. Existing licenses transfer to the new system at no cost to you and with the same scope and entitlements they had before.

This is a binding commitment. We include it in writing because the WordPress plugin ecosystem has a poor history of “lifetime” promises being silently revoked, and we don’t want to be that vendor.

4. Trial cancellation and refunds

You may cancel the 7-day trial at any time before it converts and pay nothing — see Section 2 above and the full Trial & Refund Policy for the cancellation channels and timing details.

Once the trial converts and you are charged for the initial license, refund requests are evaluated by Freemius (our Merchant of Record) under their refund policy. Annual renewals are non-refundable once charged but you may cancel auto-renew anytime in your Freemius account before the renewal date. OpenAI API costs you incur are paid directly to OpenAI and are not refundable through us. Full mechanics in our Trial & Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share license keys; (b) use the Plugin to generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, defamation, hate speech, harassment, or illegal goods); (c) use the Plugin to generate content for spam, malware distribution, phishing, or search-engine-manipulation networks (PBNs in violation of Google’s policies); (d) reverse-engineer the licensing component to bypass activation; (e) use the Plugin to generate content that misrepresents itself as human-authored when accurate disclosure is legally required (e.g. some jurisdictions’ consumer-protection laws around AI-generated content).

You are responsible for the content the Plugin generates on your sites. We do not review, moderate, or take responsibility for that content.

6. Third-party services

The Plugin requires you to bring your own API keys for OpenAI and (optionally) image-generation providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for the costs you incur with those providers. We have no contractual relationship with you on behalf of OpenAI, Unsplash, Imagine.art, MonsterAPI, or any other third party.

7. License key & domain activations

Each license is bound to a specific domain (or domains, up to your plan limit). License activation, deactivation, and domain swapping are managed through your Freemius account portal — self-serve, no support ticket required. We may revoke a license without refund if we determine in good faith that the key is being shared, resold, or used in violation of these Terms. Revocation triggers a notification email and 14 days of grace before enforcement.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: payments and license records are held by Freemius (our Merchant of Record) under their privacy policy; on our side we hold only the minimum needed to support you (email, license metadata, activated domains, IP address for rate-limiting and abuse-prevention). We never see the content you generate with the Plugin — that traffic goes directly between your WordPress site and OpenAI.

9. Warranty disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Plugin and Service are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Plugin will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities, nor do we warrant any specific search-engine ranking or SEO outcome from content generated by the Plugin.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, lost search rankings, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Plugin and the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for material breach of these Terms (e.g. abuse, license sharing, fraud), with reasonable notice when feasible. Sections 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, and 12 survive termination.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms over time. Material changes (anything that meaningfully reduces your rights) will be announced by email to the address on file at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Plugin or Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The grandfather clause in Section 3 always applies retroactively to your benefit — i.e. existing customers cannot be moved to worse terms than the ones they purchased under.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Autoblogger LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through email negotiation before resorting to formal proceedings. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory local law.

13. Merchant of Record (Freemius)

All payments, license issuance, and update delivery are processed by Freemius Inc., a Delaware corporation, acting as our Merchant of Record. This means: (a) Freemius is the seller you transact with at checkout; (b) Freemius issues the receipt, handles VAT/sales-tax collection and remittance, and is the contracting party shown on your bank statement; (c) license activation, deactivation, and update delivery to your WordPress install are mediated by Freemius’s infrastructure. Use of the Service is therefore also subject to Freemius’s terms and privacy policy. Where Freemius’s terms and ours conflict on a payment-specific matter, Freemius’s terms control for that matter; on all other matters (the license grant itself, acceptable use, support, warranty, liability) these Terms control.
