We offer a 7-day refund guarantee from the date of purchase.

If you are not satisfied with OpenAI AutoBlogger, you may request a refund within 7 days of your original purchase date.

Refund requests made after 7 days are generally not eligible for a refund.

Because OpenAI AutoBlogger is digital software delivered immediately after purchase, we cannot guarantee refunds outside the stated refund period.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • The issue is caused by an unsupported or outdated WordPress, PHP, hosting, or server environment;
  • The customer expected OpenAI API usage to be included in the plugin price;
  • The customer changed their mind after the refund period expired;
  • The request appears fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith.

5. OpenAI API and Third-Party Costs

OpenAI AutoBlogger requires your own API keys or third-party accounts for certain features.

The plugin price does not include OpenAI API credits, image generation credits, stock image provider fees, hosting costs, WordPress costs, or any other third-party service costs.

We cannot refund charges made by OpenAI, image providers, payment processors, hosting companies, or other third-party services.

6. Compatibility Issues

We try to make OpenAI AutoBlogger compatible with common WordPress setups. However, WordPress websites can vary widely depending on hosting, PHP version, themes, plugins, caching systems, cron configuration, security plugins, and server restrictions.

If you experience a compatibility issue, please contact support first. We may ask for technical details so we can help troubleshoot the issue.

If we cannot reasonably help you resolve a plugin-related issue and your request is within the 7-day refund period, you may be eligible for a refund.

7. Feature Expectations

Refunds are not guaranteed for features that were not advertised, custom functionality, misunderstandings about third-party API costs, or expectations outside the product description.

8. Lifetime Licenses

If you purchased a lifetime license, the same 7-day refund period applies unless otherwise stated on the checkout page or product page.

After the refund period expires, lifetime licenses are generally non-refundable.

9. License Deactivation After Refund

If a refund is approved, your license key may be deactivated. This means you may lose access to plugin updates, downloads, support, and license-protected features.

You must stop using the plugin after receiving a refund.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in license suspension, account restriction, and loss of access to downloads, updates, or support.

11. Processing Time
